We provide an AI receptionist and lead-management service for HVAC and home-service companies. By using this website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here. • Call information, when you call the number listed on this site or when our AI receptionist answers calls on behalf of a subscribing business. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and booking purposes.
• Billing details handled through our payment processor. We use Stripe for payments. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are not stored on our systems. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how it handles payment data.
• Usage data such as pages visited, referring page, browser type, and general device information.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to demo requests, questions, and support inquiries.
• Set up, provide, and improve the ServiceLead OS service, including answering and qualifying calls and booking appointments.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send service-related communications, such as setup updates and account notices. We do not sell your personal information.
• Meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

4. Marketing messages and your choices

If you give us a phone number or email address, we may use it to contact you about your demo, your account, or the service. Marketing emails we send include an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages. Opting out of marketing does not stop service-related messages such as booking confirmations or account notices.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

• Stripe, our payment processor, which handles subscription payments.
• Telephony, transcription, and AI providers that help us answer, transcribe, and route calls.
• Service providers that host our systems, send our email, and help us operate the platform.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.

These parties process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security obligations.
